Titleist Certified Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Subject to the following terms and conditions of this Return Policy, you may return products purchased from Titleist Certified, with the exception of custom or personalized products, within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund.
The return shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the reason for the return is due to error attributable to Titleist.
Product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to customer.
Product must not be used nor altered and, if applicable, must include all inserts and accessories.
If the returned product is in a condition different from that in which it was delivered to customer, the return may be refused, or a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Returns Processing & Refund

All returned items will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified via email once Titleist has processed the return. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund within 30 days of Titleist’s receipt of the returned product(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping Promotions

If a shipping promotion was applied to the order being returned, the amount of that promotion will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. If a free shipping promotion was applied to the order, a flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the amount returned. This excludes product exchanges and returns that result from error attributable to Titleist Certified.

Notwithstanding any provision above, Titleist reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, abuses of this Returns Policy with respect to any and all products subject to the Policy, and to deny returns accordingly.
