Warranty Policy
- Titleist Certified offers a 12-month limited warranty on New Prior Generation and Certified Pre-Owned clubs, which covers manufacturer failures and club defects.
- Failures and club defects may include but are not limited to:
- Shaft failure/defect up to 6 inches above the hosel
- Shaft failure/defect within the gripped portion of the shaft
- Failure/defect within the contact area/perimeter of the clubface
- Warranties do not cover misused or abused products.
- Returned products that do not meet manufacturer specified warranty criteria, as determined in Titleist’s discretion, may be returned at customer’s expense or destroyed at no additional cost.
- Products that qualify for warranty will be replaced with a replacement in the same or similar condition.
- If an exact replacement is not available, the customer may be offered the closest available replacement, as determined in the sole discretion of Titleist.
- Please allow up to 30 days for processing of all warranty claims under this Policy.
Notwithstanding any provision above, Titleist reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, abuses of this Warranty Policy with respect to any and all products subject to the Policy, and to deny returns accordingly.
